Elacity and Particle Network Partner to Create Easy-to-Access Web3 Markets

Elacity Particle

Elacity has announced a partnership with Particle Network to create a decentralised, transparent, and user-friendly ecosystem for digital asset management and blockchain interactions, making media markets more accessible. The collaboration aims to overcome existing limitations, improve user experience, empower creators, and establish a fairer, more scalable system for managing digital assets and cross-chain interactions, creating easy-to-access markets.

How the Partnership Works

Particle Network provides Universal Accounts, Liquidity, and Gas, enabling users to manage a single account across multiple blockchains, pay gas fees with any token, and interact across chains. It employs Universal Liquidity for fund management and transaction execution. Similarly, Elacity replaces centralised DRM systems with decentralised digital rights management (dDRM), enabling Web3 licensing and markets for trading digital assets like audio and video. Elacity allows creators to package digital assets into encrypted units known as Digital Capsules, stored on decentralised networks. Smart contracts handle access, distribution, and royalty management, automating access markets and ensuring immediate, transparent payments to creators.

Both platforms emphasise flexibility and scalability. Particle Network’s modular architecture allows easy integration and optimised resource use. Likewise, Elacity uses ERC-721 and ERC-1155 tokens for flexible digital asset management, supporting various business models like Buy Now and Subscribe which provides on-chain rights to decrypt content. Particle Network’s offering to support a developer-friendly ecosystem with universal SDKs for integrating account, liquidity, and gas functionalities complements Elacity’s mission to empower creators to monetise digital assets directly, set their own terms, and retain more revenue through a decentralised marketplace.

Their unified system will offer stakeholders in Elastos cross-blockchain interactions and simplified digital asset and rights management, addressing the needs of both technical and non-technical users. By combining this technology, Elacity’s platform and SDKs will further support third-party applications like BeatFarm, a Web3 music distribution platform that enables artists to trade music onto multiple blockchains. This integration allows artists to directly engage with their superfans and promote broader adoption of this easy-to-use dDRM system.

Future Prospects and Rollout

Integrating Particle Network’s Wallet Abstraction stack improves the user experience. Particle Network’s Universal Accounts, powered by a high-performance EVM execution environment built with the Cosmos SDK, allow users to manage a single account across multiple blockchains, pay gas fees with any token, and interact smoothly across chains, eliminating fragmentation and streamlining transactions.

Sasha Mitchell, CEO, Elacity commented: “We are bringing inclusive markets and new business models to Web3, such as buy-now, subscription, and royalty opportunities globally. Despite these innovations, we must simplify the user experience by hiding blockchain complexity for ease of use. After extensive research for dDRMv2, we identified Particle Network as the best option. We are very happy to now be working with them to enable Web2 login, gasless minting, asset availability across any blockchain, and a payment system with blockchain efficiency and governance under the hood for Elacity.

Pengyu Wang, CEO, Particle Network commented: “This partnership marks a significant step forward for Web3 adoption. As users transition from early adopters to more mainstream adopters, it is crucial to bring Chain Abstraction closer to everyone. Starting with our Smart Wallet, user’s onboarding and accessibility to Elacity’s platform are significantly improved and simplified. As we further deploy chain abstraction infrastructure (Universal Accounts), we aim to eliminate all UX complexities, allowing users to seamlessly access decentralised applications on any chain. With this, we are happy to work with Elacity implement chain abstraction across the industry.

This collaboration enhances security and transparency while opening new revenue streams and business models for digital asset creators. Elacity and Particle Network aim to change how digital assets are managed and monetised. BeatFarm’s platform will further support artist careers and increase fan involvement, creating a more equitable and rewarding ecosystem for all participants. Expect to see this partnership showcased in Elacity dDRM v2, which will roll out in Q4 this year!
